Julia Barber is Malone University (OH) Homecoming Royalty for 2013

Malone University crowned the 2013 Homecoming Queen and King this past Saturday, October 12 during halftime ceremonies. The coronation proved to be a memorable one as Queen Julia Barber had only moments earlier accepted a surprise marriage proposal, while all cameras in Fawcett Stadium appeared to be pointed in her direction. The 2013 court also included the brother-sister team of David and Kaley Kahoun.

Julia Barber, a psychology major from North Canton, Ohio 44709 -- was named 2013 Homecoming Queen.

Malone University (Canton, Ohio), a Christian university for the arts, sciences, and professions in the liberal arts tradition, affiliated with the Evangelical Friends Church, awards both undergraduate and graduate degrees in more than 100 academic programs.
